Free standard shipping on orders of €49 or more to the destinations listed below. For orders below €49, the rates below apply. The threshold is calculated on the product total after discounts, excluding shipping.
Delivery options
- Courier delivery: receive your order at your home or another address you choose at checkout.
- DPD parcel lockers: collect your order at your selected DPD locker, where this option is available at checkout.
The available methods depend on your destination. Parcel locker delivery is not available in every country.

Shipping is free for orders of €49 or more using the standard delivery options listed above.
Delivery times are estimates for in-stock products, not guaranteed arrival dates. Any separate processing time, preorder date or longer product-specific delivery estimate will be stated before purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Service availability may be limited for islands, remote areas and certain postcodes. If a destination or delivery method is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before ordering. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown before payment.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs processing may affect delivery times. Free shipping does not mean that import taxes or customs charges are included; any applicable import charges and responsibility for payment must be stated before purchase.
Your order
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed. Please check your delivery address, email and telephone number before placing your order so that we and the carrier can contact you if needed.
For DPD parcel locker delivery, follow the collection instructions and deadline in the carrier's notification. If you cannot collect your parcel in time, contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery may take longer during public holidays and busy periods. If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email us with your order number. Photos of any damage can help us resolve the issue.
