2. Scope and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from our online store. Please read them before placing an order, together with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains our data processing; accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to marketing or optional cookies.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Where required by applicable law, minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Anyone ordering on behalf of a business must be authorised to do so.
The statutory consumer rights described in these Terms and our Return Policy apply to individuals purchasing outside their trade, business or profession. Business purchases are subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms.
3. Products
The essential characteristics, ingredients, quantities, directions for use and relevant warnings are provided on the product page and/or product label. Please review this information before purchasing and follow the label when using the product.
Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. They should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep supplements out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Product images are illustrative. Minor differences in packaging or screen colour do not affect your right to receive products matching the description and agreed characteristics. Individual experiences may vary; this does not limit your rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
4. Orders and contract formation
Before submitting your order, you can review and correct the products, quantities, delivery details and payment method. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay the total displayed at checkout. A purchase contract is concluded when we email you an order confirmation accepting your order. A payment receipt or a message that merely acknowledges receipt of your order is not, by itself, acceptance.
We will provide the order details and the applicable Terms and withdrawal information by email or another durable medium. Please retain these records.
If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because a product is unavailable, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute products or charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order is cancelled, payments for the cancelled items and any related refundable delivery charges will be reimbursed without undue delay.
We may decline an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, incomplete essential details or reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. Once a contract is concluded, cancellation is subject to applicable law and your statutory rights.
5. Prices and payment
Payments are accepted in euros (EUR). Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
The following payment methods are available, where displayed at checkout:
- Credit and debit cards;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- Bank payments through the payment initiation service provided via MakeCommerce.lt.
Available methods may depend on your country, bank, device or browser. Payment must be confirmed before the order is dispatched.
Prices include applicable VAT and other taxes that we are required to collect. Delivery charges, any applicable discounts and the final order total are shown before you pay. We do not add undisclosed charges after checkout.
Price changes apply to future orders. If we discover an obvious pricing or technical error affecting an order, we will contact you to agree how to proceed. We will not increase the agreed price without your consent. Any cancellation of an accepted order must be permitted by applicable law.
Refunds are handled as set out in our Return Policy.
6. Delivery
We offer courier delivery to your address, parcel locker delivery and delivery to pickup points, depending on the destination and the options displayed at checkout.
Available destinations, delivery charges and delivery estimates are shown before you submit your order. We deliver within the agreed timeframe or, if no timeframe has been agreed, without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you. You may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and terminate the contract if we fail to deliver within that period. Where the law allows immediate termination, including where an agreed delivery date was essential, you do not need to give an additional period.
For parcel lockers and pickup points, follow the collection deadline in the carrier's notification. If you cannot collect your parcel, please contact us promptly. Failure to collect a parcel does not replace a clear withdrawal notice.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, physically receive the goods. Different rules may apply if you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.
Please contact hello@myaurio.com if your delivery is missing, damaged or incorrect. Photographs and tracking details can help us investigate, but failure to note damage at delivery does not remove your statutory rights.
7. Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the statutory exceptions explained in our Return Policy.
To arrange a return, please email hello@myaurio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. An unequivocal withdrawal statement sent by another legally valid method is also accepted. No prior approval is required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
Our Return Policy explains return deadlines, costs, refunds and the health and hygiene exception for goods unsealed after delivery. It forms part of these purchase terms.
8. Product quality and statutory rights
We are responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract and applicable legal requirements. Your statutory remedies may include replacement, repair where appropriate, a price reduction or termination of the contract, subject to the conditions established by law.
For EU consumers, the statutory legal guarantee generally covers lack of conformity appearing within at least two years of delivery. This is not a promise that a food supplement remains usable beyond its labelled expiry date. Expected durability, shelf life, storage instructions and the nature of the goods remain relevant. Any longer mandatory protection under applicable law remains available.
Quality complaints are not restricted to the 14-day withdrawal period. Please report suspected defects promptly to hello@myaurio.com. The unsealed-goods withdrawal exception does not remove your rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products.
9. Intellectual property and website use
Website content, including text, photographs, designs and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may access and retain information for personal use and keep copies of your purchase documents. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.
You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent orders. If you have an account, keep your access details secure and inform us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
10. Liability
Our liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for defective products, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or death or personal injury where protected by law. Nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Complaints and disputes
Please send complaints to hello@myaurio.com or write to Norio, UAB, J. Jasinskio g. 7-13A, LT-01112 Vilnius, Lithuania. Include your order details and the outcome you are seeking. We will provide a reasoned written response within 14 calendar days of receiving a consumer complaint.
If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT): A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania; email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt; website: vvtat.lrv.lt. You may also contact the relevant consumer authority or European Consumer Centre in your country.
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law, including consumers' rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where applicable.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version applicable when your order was placed continues to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
For questions, contact hello@myaurio.com or +370 700 66 029.
