I have been active for as long as I can remember.

Over the years, I have tried many different sports. Today, most of my training revolves around running, cycling and strength work in the gym. I am not a professional athlete. I am someone who enjoys setting goals, testing his limits and staying active while managing everything else that comes with a full life.

Work can be demanding. Family matters. Sleep is not always perfect. Finding time to train often means getting up earlier than everyone else and putting in the work before the day properly begins.

My typical week includes six days of training and one day of rest. Some sessions are long and demanding. Others are simply about maintaining the habit. For me, sport is not separate from everyday life. It is what helps me stay disciplined, clear-headed and ready for everything the day brings.

 

Why I Started AURIO

For years, I bought supplements from different brands and in different formats.

Some had long ingredient lists I did not understand. Others combined ingredients without providing meaningful amounts. Many products looked impressive but made it difficult to understand what I was actually taking and why.

Eventually, I realised I wanted something simpler.

I wanted supplements I would genuinely use myself: thoughtfully formulated, convenient and built around ingredients with a clear functional purpose. Products that could fit into a real routine without turning supplementation into another complicated task.

That idea became AURIO.

The Products I Wanted for Myself

Creatine had already been part of my routine for years, but I had not always taken it consistently.

The more I learned about creatine, the clearer the fundamental principle became: it is not about taking it occasionally when you remember. It works best as a consistent daily habit.

At the same time, I was using electrolytes around longer runs, bike rides, demanding workouts and warmer training days. Magnesium bisglycinate had also become part of my evening routine.

Instead of buying and measuring several separate products, I wanted to bring the ingredients I already used into simple, clearly formulated daily sticks.

That led to our first two AURIO formulas:

Creatine + Electrolytes for an easy morning or training-day routine.

Creatine + Magnesium Bisglycinate as a practical evening option.

Each stick provides a clearly declared amount of creatine and removes the need for tubs, scoops and guesswork. Tear it open, mix it with water and continue with your day.

Every ingredient should have a reason to be there. Every meaningful amount should be clearly declared. And every product should be easy to understand before you decide to use it.

AURIO was shaped by sport, but it was not created only for professional athletes.

It is for runners fitting a session in before work. Cyclists heading out early on a Sunday morning. People training in the gym after a demanding day. Parents, founders, professionals and anyone trying to balance ambition, movement, work and family.

You do not need to train six days a week to take your performance seriously.

You only need to care about what you put into your body and expect the products you buy to be clear, practical and made to a high standard.

A Personal Standard

I created AURIO because I wanted better products for my own routine.

That remains the standard behind every formula: would I take it myself, do I understand why every ingredient is included, and would I feel confident recommending it to someone who trains alongside me?

If the answer is not yes, the product is not ready.

AURIO is still at the beginning. We will continue learning, testing and improving as the brand grows. But the purpose will remain the same: to create trustworthy, functional supplements for active people living full lives.
